The data basis is a survey conducted in 2023 by the Chambers of Industry and Commerce* of the FrankfurtRheinMain metropolitan region among real estate experts, business developers as well as the appraisal committees and economic development agencies in the region. We expressly point out that the listed rental prices as well as the rental price ranges can only serve as a guide. In practice, there are many factors that play a role in negotiating the "right" rental price. Ultimately, the market price is formed in each individual case by supply and demand. To provide a better overview, weighted average values have been given for most of the areas examined, in addition to the ranges between the minimum and maximum values. All prices given are net rents per square metre in euros per month.
